The Aurora Inn has the following policies that you should be aware of when you stay with us:
- Check In time: 2pm
- Check Out time: 11am
- Please contact us if you would like to discuss an Early check in or late check out time. These are not guaranteed and fees may apply.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.
- Payment for the full length of your stay will be authorized on a credit card at the time of check in. If desired an alternative payment method of debit or cash can be used when checking out.
- Pet Policy – We allow pets and for more information see our Pet Policy here.
- Group Bookings – We welcome groups and for more information see our Group Booking Policy here.
- Cancellation Policy – Reservations must be cancelled 24 hrs prior to the date of arrival. Rooms booked in group reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival. See our Cancellation Policy here.
- Meeting Facilities – We have two meeting rooms available for rent. Contact us for further information. You can view room dimensions here.
- Smoking – All of our rooms are 100% smoke free. A fee of $250 may be taken if there is evidence of smoking in our guest rooms.
- Business Centre – Our business centre is available for guests to use during regular business hours.
- Play pens for infants or floor mattresses for children under 13 may be available. Please contact guest services for more information and availability.
